Friendship Through Culture

I am learning. In every step I take.

Today I spared my time entertaining 3 friends, Karen Konnerth from Calliope Puppet, Michi Tomioka - a Japanese Javanese Dancer, and Gaura Mancacarita Dipura - an Australian born Dalang. Leaving the house I felt a bit guilty for not staying at home and participated in the preparation the Aug 17th festivities. But takig the three of them to Wawan Ajen Gunawan's house and meeting the kids, and continuing with the fostering friendship chats, I felt so blessed.

Not only did I connect those experts together, but I also learned a lot about culture and how to apreciate our culture.

Now I have Chepot home, given by Pak Wawan.

It will remind me of the treasure I got today.
